Discovering Purpose in the Pain
Hi, my name is Kaye Jones and I started this network out of frustration from co-parenting with an inconsistent individual and all the unnecessary drama and stress that comes with "doing it on your own". My best friend and I began holding each other up as single parents with lack of support from the other parent and even family at times. After stress drained me of my whole being, I decided to stand up, get myself together, and create a village of other parents like myself, regardless of how they got there, and make the best of the single-parent life for our own mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical health so that we can be well and present for our children. Moreover, so that we can set better examples for them.
I am using the things my best friend and I did to help build each other up as well as keep each other accountable to share in this network to support the parents as well as the children the best way I can. Lord willing, this group will be nationwide and make single parents feel supported and encouraged on this journey of raising children.
One day after hearing someone say your purpose is in your pain, I thought to myself, "I am frustrated with raising these kids own my own, and it hurts. I am doing the best that I can with what I have." I started then hearing about many similar parenting situations as mine and I decided, I will do something about it. Here, I stand launching Parenting with Purpose in 2020.

Yes, but you will have a cost for each event and it will be higher. We encourage membership to be able to support the needs in the network. This is to stick to the notion that "it takes a village to raise a child". Membership, represents the commitment to being a part of and supporting the network while also investing into the growth of our children.
